If later you are unable to attend in-person, ACRM will toggle your registration to the VIRTUAL-ONLY option and credit your account for the difference.

For those who choose the IN-PERSON registration option, we want to assure you that physical distancing and other safety measures, following CDC Guidelines, will be fully implemented.

VIRTUAL-ONLY

***Choose significant savings with the NO-RISK VIRTUAL-ONLY registration option. If later circumstances allow you to attend in-person, ACRM will toggle your registration to the upgraded IN-PERSON option. You’ll keep your virtual access and pay the balance due.

For those who choose the VIRTUAL-ONLY registration option, we will make our very best efforts to LIVE-STREAM and record all of the educational content with 100s of CME/CEUs for the world’s greatest RECORDED CONTENT offering.

And as a BONUS, all registrants will have online access to recorded content through 30 June 2021.

We are also working on exciting new VIRTUAL NETWORKING opportunities so that attendees and presenters can make meaningful connections before, during, and after the event.

For the first time ever, ACRM will offer both an IN-PERSON TRADESHOW and a VIRTUAL TRADESHOW. If you’re interested in exhibiting, please contact Member Services, +1.703-435-5335.

ACCOMMODATING EVERYBODY

Working toward a new normal, our goal is to accommodate everyone who needs access to the latest rehabitation research.

  • To our esteemed presenters — recording your session will expand your reach and your brand by making your presentation available to countless people from all four corners of the world, especially those who unfortunately will be unable to attend.
  • To our attendees who formerly could not attend all sessions of interest—You can now access all sessions virtually through 30 June 2021.
  • To those who have always wanted to attend but were restricted by physical and cost constraints—The Conference is now more accessible than ever!

WE’RE RECORDING CONTENT now

ACRM will record content — up to 800 hours-worth — as an alternative for those attendees who cannot attend in-person. We are asking all speakers to record their presentations either before or after the meeting, and we will also make our best efforts to record content on-site. This content will be available with CME/CEUs to paid registrants through 30 June 2021.

LIVE-STREAMING from the conference

To the best of our ability, we also plan to live-stream a number of live sessions.

NETWORKING before/during & after the event

We are also exploring new methods and technologies to permit meaningful engagement and networking among registrants and presenters from anywhere in the world, before, during, and after the conference.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Rest assured that your personal safety is our top priority. We are working hard, along with Hilton Corporate (see how Hilton is defining a new standard here) and Hilton Atlanta to ensure a healthy and safe environment following and exceeding the CDC Guidelines. We are also developing our own Physical Distancing Policies to outline the extra measures we are taking.

If you cannot attend the ACRM Conference in Atlanta for any reason — no worries — the Conference is coming to you as recorded content, live-streaming and networking opportunities.

VALUE

This Annual Conference will be the best ever — offering the combination of a safe in-person meeting, recorded content, live-streaming, virtual networking, and reaching never-before accessible audiences through our robust Content Dissemination Plan™.

By registering, you’ll have safe, convenient, at-home access to the content online, networking functions, AND your seat will be reserved for the in-person event.

The offerings and methods to access the content and networking plus the pent-up demand for connection — makes this year’s event offering BETTER THAN EVER.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

In-person, the conference typically offers 40+ CME /CEUs. ACRM is now offering you the ability to earn 100s of education credits at your convenience.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The Call for Scientific Papers and Poster Proposals is OPEN. Submit your content so you can be a presenter at the world’s largest interdisciplinary research event. Remember, abstracts of accepted papers and posters get published in the most-cited journal in rehabilitation, the Archives of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
