New ACRM Networking Group Forming for Burn Rehabilitation

 

The new Burn Rehabilitation Networking Group aims to provide a unique opportunity to illuminate important facets of rehabilitative services and outcomes through integrated and strategic support, collaboration, and education.

 

MISSION

Facilitate connecting with peers, researchers and presenters all over the world face-to-face and using live chat for the purpose of furthering the field of burn research and education. Additionally, we aim to bridge the gap between acute burn care providers and postacute burn rehabilitation services.

 

VISION

The ACRM Burn Networking Group aspires to globally engage and optimize the burn rehabilitation community through knowledge translation and implementation of burn research, evidence based and evidence informed burn rehabilitation interdisciplinary interventions to promote accessible and equitable quality burn post-acute rehabilitation to survivors of burn injury and their families.
