2024 Outstanding Mentor Award
The Career Development Networking Group is pleased to honor Linda Ehrlich-Jones, Phd, RN, FACRM, FAAN with the ACRM Career Development Networking Group Outstanding Mentor Award. This award was established in 2016 to honor those who have significantly contributed through mentoring, to the development of the early career rehabilitation professional, the Early Career Development Course and the Career Development Networking Group’s Mentoring Task Force.
The award presentation will occur during the ACRM 2024 Annual Conference. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Ehrlich-Jones for his achievement.
ABOUT LINDA EHRLICH-JONES
Linda Ehrlich-Jones, PhD, RN, FACRM, FAAN is the Associate Director of the Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) and a Clinical Research Scientist. She is a Research Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. Linda has expertise in behavioral interventions, using motivational interviewing, targeting persons with chronic illness to increase physical activity and improve diet. She has managed the Rehabilitation Measures Database since its inception in 2011. She is Co-PI on a NIDILRR Knowledge Translation DRRP to Promote Patient-Centered Care Through Use of Standardized Assessments. She was the PI on a Paralyzed Veterans of America Educational Foundation-funded project whose goal was to enhance the evidence-based practice of rehabilitation professionals providing services to persons with spinal cord injury/disease by collaborating with graduate programs in rehabilitation, adding psychosocial instrument summaries to the Rehabilitation Measures Database (a compendium of summaries of instruments utilized by rehabilitation professionals), providing webinars and publishing instrument summaries in rehabilitation journals. She was the chair of the Rehabilitation Measures Database Task Force from 2016-2017.
