CANCER REHAB UPDATE

CHAIR UPDATE:

Dear Colleagues,

The mission of the Cancer Rehabilitation Networking Group (CRNG) is to advance the field of cancer rehabilitation by providing opportunities for educational and professional development, advocating for standards in clinical practice and research, and supporting a forum for interdisciplinary and international exchange.

In this newsletter, we are excited to highlight three new CRNG task forces that were developed following the ACRM Annual Conference in 2014. These task forces include: (1) Outcomes and Research; (2) Outreach and Advocacy; and (3) Education. We are grateful to the dedicated task force chairs and members as they develop their goals and begin to implement strategic initiatives.

The CRNG is a vibrant and growing group of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals with an interest in cancer rehabilitation. We invite you and your colleagues to join our group and actively participate.
