Anne Deutsch, RN, PhD, CRRN is a clinical research scientist at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research, a senior research public health analyst at RTI International and a research assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Institute for Healthcare Studies.
She is also a certified rehabilitation registered nurse with a doctoral degree in epidemiology and community health. Her research interests include health care quality, quality measure development, and post-acute care Medicare policy, including payment reform.
