NDNG MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
A major initiative for 2021 is to increase the number of full (T12) ACRM members who participate in the Neurodegenerative Diseases Networking Group (NDNG). There are many benefits of ACRM membership and chief among them is the opportunity to participate in any of the 22 interdisciplinary, special interest and networking groups.
Become an ACRM member today! CLICK the “Join Now” button below and follow the prompts. Select the Neurodegenerative Diseases Networking Group (NDNG) to receive their communications and learn how to participate in the following opportunities:
- Mentoring Match Program: The NDNG is participating in a mentoring match program which is only available to ACRM members. The mentoring match program is an opportunity for members to be matched with a mentor based on their responses to a survey about career interests and goals. Members can also participate in the program as a mentor and be matched to a mentee with similar interests.
- Leadership opportunities: ACRM membership (T12) is required for being nominated for and accepting leadership positions. Accepting a leadership position within the NDNG is an excellent way to advance the goals of the NDNG, meet other ACRM members, and engage with ACRM leadership.
- Networking and collaborations: The NDNG is a highly productive group. ACRM membership isn’t required to participate in NDNG activities, but it does provide opportunities to participate in research collaborations, abstract submissions, and writing manuscripts

The Monthly payment structure for ACRM membership: ACRM has launched a new membership system that allows for membership dues to be paid on a monthly or annual basis.

NDNG Welcomes Industry & Stakeholder Involvement
The NDNG understands the importance of working in synchronicity with all the key stakeholders involved in the care and cure of neurodegenerative diseases. For this reason, we invite corporate partners, including startup companies, to associate with our networking group as an important contributor.
In addition, we have several opportunities for the industry to contribute and sponsor important activities related to the science of neurodegenerative diseases. If you are involved with the ND industry and you would like to participate in the NDNG as a member, please contact Terri Compos. If you are interested in sponsoring NDNG activities, please contact Katy Sell.
