Communications Task Force

This task force gathers important announcements and information relevant to career development in the rehabilitation field and disseminates them through social media, eblasts, ACRM and CDNG newsletters, and the website. This includes information on:

  • Grant resources and grant writing
  • Job interviewing tips
  • Work/ life balance
  • Tips for promotion and tenure
  • Getting started with research
  • Initiating collaborations
  • Finding good mentors
    … and more!

This task force also develops communications to help promote ACRM, inform CD-NG members about opportunities to collaborate and connect across ACRM communities, and recruit members.

Dr. Pey-San Wen, Chair of the CD0NG Communications Task Force invites members of the Career Development Networking Group to join the Task Force to share their ideas and suggestions at their Communications Task Force meeting. The goal of the Task Force meetings is to collaborate with other members of the Networking Group in developing effective and innovative communication strategies to benefit all members of the CD-NG. In addition, a newsletter is developed and distributed twice a year to share career development resources and opportunities.
