2019 Award Recipient

The Distinguished Guest Lecturer in Cancer Rehabilitation & Survivorship Care Award recognizes those making important contributions to the advancement of oncology care. We are delighted to award Dr. Lee Jones with the 2019 lectureship in honor of his achievements.

The award presentation will take place during the Cancer Rehabilitation Networking Group Business meeting at the ACRM 2019 Annual Conference at the Hilton Chicago on 6 November at 8:00 PM.  Dr. Jones will present his award lecture, Exercise in Cancer, on 7 November from 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM. ABOUT DR. JONES

Dr. Lee Jones is an expert in the area of oncology exercise and performs clinical trials in several areas of cancer care, including structured exercise training interventions on cardiovascular outcomes in cancer survivors and traditional laboratory approaches to elucidate the effects of exercise training on cancer progression. Dr. Jones is world renowned and has numerous publications in the area of exercise oncology.
