The Aging Research & Geriatric Rehabilitation Networking Group is pleased to sponsor two annual awards for outstanding posters presented on the topics of aging and rehabilitation during the ACRM Annual Conference.
Best Scientific Poster in Geriatric Rehabilitation
This award is designed to acknowledge outstanding scientific contributions in the field of geriatric rehabilitation. It is given to a researcher who is first author of a poster presented at the ACRM Annual Conference, which addresses important issues related to policy, practice, research methods or education in the rehabilitative care of older adults. The poster must describe sound methodologies, which are appropriate to the issues under discussion. The award is intended to encourage excellence in science, and contribute to the ACRM mission of improving lives.

Best Early Career Scientific Poster in Geriatric Rehabilitation
This award is given to a researcher within the first 5 years of his or her career post terminal degree, who is first author of a poster in the area of Geriatric Rehabilitation Science presented at the ACRM Annual Conference with an innovative study that promotes the ACRM mission to improve lives.
