ACRM is proud to partner with LeaRRn image

ACRM is proud to announce its partnership with LeaRRn, an NIH-funded rehabilitation research resource center focused on improving the quality, outcomes, and value of rehabilitation care.

Inviting ACRM member participation in a Rehabilitation Research Needs Assessment Survey

ACRM members are invited to participate in a Rehabiliation Research Needs Assessment Survey developed by ACRM partner, LeaRRn. This survey assesses familiarity with and interest in learning health systems (LHS) research and the skills needed to conduct this research. This survey is being fielded widely to rehabilitation researchers from all disciplines and backgrounds. Survey responses will inform development of LeaRRn educational and training activities to ensure that these initiatives align with the needs and interests of the rehabilitation research community.

Participation of ACRM members will maximize opportunities for LeaRRn and ACRM to collaborate on future initiatives. A synopsis of the research findings will be provided to ACRM, posted on the ACRM and LeaRRn websites, and disseminated through peer reviewed publications. Please take moment to complete the survey by clicking the “Begin Survey” button below.

More about LeaRRN

LeaRRn is an NIH-funded rehabilitation research resource center focused on improving the quality, outcomes, and value of rehabilitation care by fostering stakeholder-partnered research within and across Learning Health Systems (LHS). Like ACRM, LeaRRn supports professional development of scholars across the spectrum of professional rehabilitation disciplines and shares an interest in improving rehabilitation care delivery. Specifically, LeaRRn develops resources and provides training and funding support for rehabilitation researchers working with LHS.

LHS are systems that systematically integrate evidence established with internal data and real world experience to provide high quality, safer, more efficient care. LHS researchers are individuals embedded within health systems who work with its stakeholders to produce novel insights and evidence that can be rapidly implemented to improve outcomes of individuals, populations and health system performance.

ACRM looks forward to partnering with LeaRRn in the areas of programming, research and training.
