Morning Session with Montel Williams

ACRM is delighted to announce that Montel Williams will participate in the ACRM Annual Conference on Friday, 4 November at 7:00 AM. He will discuss his life, work and experiences dealing with multiple sclerosis with Dr. Jonathan Sackier, Chief Medical Officer of Helius Medical Technologies.

Helius is developing the investigational medical device, the PoNS™ (Portable Neuromodulation Stimulator), and Mr. Williams has supported the need for the PoNS™ to address unmet medical needs. The PoNS™ is currently undergoing clinical trials to seek FDA clearance for commercial distribution. Helius is generously sponsoring the ACRM conference and supporting this session.

Montel Williams is an internationally recognized, award-winning media personality, decorated former naval officer, inspirational speaker, best-selling author, entrepreneur and advocate for patients worldwide. Williams earned his degree in General Engineering with a minor in International Security Affairs from the United States Naval Academy. Williams serves as a Special Envoy to the United Nations Save Our Sharks Coalition and as a board member to the Fisher House Foundation, and the Freedom Festival and Military Adaptive Sports, Inc, host of the 2016 Invictus Games.
