2024 Spring

Hello from the Chair!

I am excited to be in this role as Chair of the Technology Networking Group with the mission of furthering advanced rehabilitation technology. We’re glad that you’re on board with us to deliver knowledge, research and technology related outcomes that matter to patients and systems of care. Personally, I work in digital health as a Director of Clinical Services for a post-acute stroke navigation company called Kandu Health. I am passionate about supporting stroke survivors and care partners in the post-acute care setting. We can do so much to support patients through technology, reducing barriers to recovery, increasing access to care and maximizing outcomes. If you’re a technology developer, clinician supporter or technology researcher, we’d love to have you actively join our mission. Please be in touch if we can support you!

TNG Goals & Plans for 2024

• My goals are to continue to support the Advanced Rehabilitation Technology Certificate Program as it develops. This has been a long term project over many years and with many collaborators on the TNG (you know who you are) – thank you!
• We’re also excited to be reviving the TNG newsletter and our Tech Talk webinars this year.
• We look forward to a future LaunchPad cohort to support new companies with support and mentorship after pitching at the LaunchPad competition as part of the ACRM conference.
