EARLY CAREER DEVELOPMENT COURSE

We have also been busy working away at the annual Early Career Development Course (ECDC) for the 2020 ACRM Annual Conference in Atlanta. Our theme will be, Careers Across the Spectrum: Meeting You Where You Are. The Early Career Development Course is a perennial favorite at ACRM, connecting early career rehabilitation researchers with prominent and accomplished professionals. The course will provide opportunities to learn from experts in public speaking, funding agency representatives, and distinguished scientists who will provide insights through didactic presentations, panel discussions, small group discussions, and one-on-one networking.

We are happy to announce that Theresa Bender Pape, MA, DrPH, CCC-SLP/L will be our keynote speaker in 2020. Dr. Pape is a clinical neuroscienist and research associate professor at Hines VA and Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Registration is now open with the lowest Early Bird rates of the year—as low as $299/member. If you plan to also attend the CORE Conference, 21-24 October, the WORLD PASS registration option is the best value. It includes the Early Career Development Course and all pre-conference Instructional Courses in addition to the CORE Conference.
