The purpose of the Programming Planning Committee is to organize and plan content for the annual meeting for both the pre-conference and core conference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Inspire content development and submission from the ACRM community
  2. Assess topics of interest to ACRM membership to address in the program
  3. Rate quality, collate, and organize content into pre-conference and core conference, including plenaries, special symposia, standard symposia, instructional courses, oral presentations, and poster submissions as applicable to each meeting
  4. Evolve content delivery based on feedback from the ACRM community

ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2022

  1. Transitioned Annual Conference back to in-person.
  2.  Expanded Annual Conference program content. 
  3.  Implemented new review process for Plenary Sessions.
  4.  Revised Program Committee responsibilities and recruited additional reviewers.

GOALS 2023

  1. Support transition of new ACRM Program Committee Leadership.
    1. Welcome to the Program Committee Rebekah!
  2. Refine and revise the Annual Conference program content.
    1. Identify what is working well and areas of improvement.
    2.  
    3. Determine and conglomerate needs of ISIGs, NGs, and ACRM members.
    4. Identify necessary resources for needs.
    5. Evaluate how to implement needs or necessary investigations to meet needs
  3. Continue to identify Program Committee representatives and reviewers.
  4. Collaborate with Awards Committee to review Poster Award procedures.
  5. Recruit co-chair of Programming Committee
