ACRM Leadership Development Course

The ACRM Leadership Development Course helps rehab and research professionals build the leadership skills they need to make an impact and nurture their careers. This one-day workshop is a perennial favorite at the ACRM Annual FALL Conference & EXPO. Held immediately before the start of the CORE Conference this course is scheduled for 27 October 2025 at the Chicago Hilton.

Program to be announced in early 2025

The day will consist of workshops, roundtables, breakouts and panel discussions — all held live and interactive. Topics will include valuing individuals, inspiring teams, fostering inclusive environments, building resilience, team-building, becoming a leader, resilience in leadership, facilitating a culture of wellness, evidence-based interventions for leadership and staff, mentee-mentor relationships and strategies from four past ACRM presidents.

The ACRM Leadership Development Course is an annual event designed to develop leadership skills in rehabilitation, healthcare, and research professionals. Held before the ACRM Annual Conference, this evolving course includes expert speakers, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities.
