CDNG Leadership Mentoring Program
All ACRM Members at various career stages who are paid members in good standing are eligible to participate in the CDNG Leadership Mentoring Program. An annual or semi-annual application process will be announced to help facilitate an appropriate mentor-mentee match. Watch for the 2021 program schedule coming soon.
Participation will be for a 12-month duration, including six (6) events as well as regular mentoring meetings (scheduled determined based on your availability) with your assigned mentoring partner.
COMPETENCIES FRAMEWORK
The Leadership Mentoring Program uses the following Competencies Framework as a guide for tailored leadership mentoring. Within the framework, there are five (5) domains, with specific competencies listed under each domain (for a total of 46 competencies in the framework). Please review the full framework.
You will be asked to select two (2) domains, and three (3) competencies associated with each domain, that you would like to receive leadership mentoring in.
