Zenobia Mehta’s career as a Speech Pathologist at Centre for Neuro Skills spans 20 years. At CNS, she discovered a passion for working with people who’ve endured a brain injury. Her dedication led to becoming a Certified Case Manager and Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer. These two achievements enhance her role in neurorehabilitation, education, and raising awareness. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Texas at Austin and prior to graduate school, studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Florida. Zenobia also completed a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed in both California and Texas. With a diverse skill set, her career path at CNS reflects clinical, administrative, and educational competencies. She has served as Speech Pathologist, Clinical Case Manager, and most recently, Corporate Educator. Her expertise includes conducting patient evaluations to determine eligibility for treatment. Zenobia has co-authored publications on the assessment and treatment of cognitive disorders in post-acute neurorehabilitation, including the latest, “Remediative Approaches for Cognitive Disorders after TBI” in Traumatic Brain Injury: Rehabilitation, Treatment, and Case Management” (4th edition).
