Kristin has been an inpatient therapy supervisor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic Rochester since 2017. Prior to 2017, she has worked in a variety of acute care settings, most recently working as an Occupational Therapist within an embedded intensive care unit therapy model at Mayo Clinic. Kristin has presented at a variety of continuing education offerings, including the Minnesota Occupational Therapy Associations Annual Conference, American Occupational Therapy Association National Conference, as well as Critical Care and PM&R Quality Grand Rounds at Mayo Clinic. She serves on the Competency Committee and has participated in a variety of critical care initiatives during her tenure at Mayo Clinic, including a variety of project planning, quality improvement and service development for both the acute and intensive care unit settings. Kristin received an Excellence Through Teamwork Awar for an Early Mobility and Activity in the ICU project in 2018.
