Susan H. Lin, ScD, OTR/L, FAOTA, is the former research director of AOTA and currently serves in the following roles: adjunct assistant professor of occupational therapy (OT) for MGH Institute of Health Professions, Program Director for Rehab Essentials occupational therapy clinical doctorate, ambassador and member of Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute’s advisory panel on clinical effectiveness and decision science, co-chair of occupational therapy honor society’s mentoring committee, and member of ACRM Conference Program Committee.
Susan received a BS from the College of William and Mary, master’s degree in occupational therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University – Medical College of Virginia, and a Doctor of Science in Therapeutic Studies from Boston University.
She and has served as the Virginia Representative for AOTA’s Representative Assembly, President of national Pi Theta Epsilon, and editorial board member of the American Journal of Occupational Therapy. Susan’s contributions have been recognized with a Fellow of AOTA award and the OT Alumni Award from Boston University.
