BIO

Andrew Packel, PT, NCS is a board-certified neurologic specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience, who is currently the Locomotor Coordinator at MossRehab in Elkins Park, PA. He has been involved with development of the RTSS over the past 12 years, and serves as the chair of the education committee of the ACRM Rehabilitation Treatment Specification Networking Group. He has also served as project leader for a clinical project to introduce the RTSS into clinical practice in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
