BIO

Dr. Trayner is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Paediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist, a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and a BPS Chartered Psychologist. Dr. Trayner is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), a Full Member of the Division of Clinical Psychology and a Full Member of the Division of Neuropsychology. Dr. Trayner is Clinical Director of the SME, an independent clinical neuropsychology practice specialising in the provision of clinical neuropsychology services for children after acquired brain injury. Dr. Trayner founded this service in 2009.

Dr. Trayner worked for the University of Manchester from 2010 to 2015 as a clinical lecturer for the Doctorate in the Clinical Psychology programme. As well as her role as the full-time clinical director of the SME, Dr. Trayner has been appointed as an Honorary Lecturer in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
