BIO

April Hodge received her degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2005 at the University of Utah. Since graduating she has spent her practice primarily treating patients with neurologic disorders throughout the continuum of care. In 2011, she became a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She has completed the APTA Competency Based Course in Vestibular Rehab, the Cervicogenic Dizziness Competency Base Course, and is certified in dry needling. Since 2010, Dr. Hodge has played an active role in the Vestibular Rehab Special Interest Group (SIG) as the Communication Coordinator and is a member of the Online Education Committee. In 2014, she co-created the Neurology SIG for the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia and now serves as the Chair. 
Currently, Dr. Hodge works as the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia in both the Complex Concussion Clinic. She serves on a multidisciplinary team, which treats clients with vestibular disorders and concussions.
