Dear ECNG Members,

I am honored to step into the role of Chair of the Early Career Development Course Task Force! As Chair-Elect over the last year, I have had the honor and pleasure of learning from our outgoing Chair, Dr. Monique R. Pappadis, MEd, PhD; and am excited to continue the tradition of organizing a unique course that connects early career rehabilitation researchers with seasoned professionals to provide practical tools for career advancement. Monique has been a fabulous mentor in helping me prepare for this role, and I am grateful for her support and encouragement. Also, I would like to invite interested ACRM members to apply for the position of Chair-Elect and look forward to answering any questions about this great opportunity.

My goal is to continue the tradition of excellence for the Early Career Development Course with opportunities to learn from successful researchers and clinicians through didactic presentations, panel discussions, one-on-one networking, and small group discussions. I am excited about the content we are developing for next year’s course, so stay tuned! If you have ideas for the course, please let me know. I welcome your input and contributions!

Sincerely,

Reza Ehsanian, MD, PhD
