“I am extremely honored and greatly inspired by my nominees and the selection committee who trusted me with this noble award. I am earnestly grateful for the recognition I have received from my colleagues for my mentoring, because I am very sure that every other nominee for this award is an incredible mentor. This award would not have been possible without the inspiration and support I have received from my mentees for whom I have the deepest respect, and from whom I have derived the strength to challenge myself and be a better person. I sincerely thank my ACRM family for trusting me and given me the opportunity to reach higher professional standards where today I can proudly receive this award. Thank you! Patricia C. Heyn, Ph.D., FGSA, FACRM”
