ACRM Photography Acquisition
ACRM encourages individual members and Institutional Members to share their photography with ACRM for use in marketing. Images may be used in a variety of ways, including:
- in printed promotional materials
- on ACRM.org
- in social media postings
- ACRM advertising and
- in ACRM publications, e.g., Rehabilitation Outlook, eNews
- emails

- You are influential
- YOU (all members!) are the BEST advocates for ACRM
- Each of you is a POWERFUL sales agent and you *are* the ACRM brand.
- Each of you KNOWS your category of expertise and how best to represent that to like-minded professionals
- Today’s incredible mobile devices allow everyone to capture key moments
- Your testimonials /stories of experiences with ACRM are IMPORTANT to your peers

HOW to Submit Images
- Photos can be emailed directly into ACRM box.net (email addresses below)
- Photos can be shared on Facebook, flickr or Instagram.
- Photos can be emailed directly to graphics@ACRM.org
Photo Rights
By submitting your image files to ACRM, you agree that you have received permission of subjects in the photo, and you and the subjects are aware of the likelihood of appearing in ACRM marketing materials. All conference attendees already agree to appearing in potential photos / reporting of the event in the Terms & Conditions of registering.
Please follow these TIPS:
When emailing image files please:
- Don’t forget to include your full name / however you would like the photo credit to read
- If possible, please name the image file like this: YourName_DayMonthYear.jpg (EX: JonSmith_09Sept14)
- Please tag people or provide names of those in the photo in the caption/description.
- Take LOTS of photos to get the BEST ones
1. Uploading Images to the ACRM Box.net Account
Email your photos to the appropriate ACRM photo collection email boxes:
