This distinguished lectureship honors John Stanley Coulter, MD in celebration of his many contributions to rehabilitation. A past president of ACRM (1925), he also served as treasurer and editor of the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Award winners are recognized for professional achievements, which significantly advance the field of rehabilitation. They present the prestigious Coulter Lecture during the ACRM-ASNR Joint Educational Conference.
